Are you gearing up for your first Grand Prix weekend and eager to immerse yourself in the vibrant camping atmosphere you've heard so much about? Ensuring a smooth booking process for your stay is key to avoiding any surprises upon arrival. Let us guide you through the steps to booking your camping pitch at GPtents.

At GPtents, we offer two main services: Hotel Tent and Camping. If you're considering camping, we've got you covered with our spacious pitches where you can set up your own tent or park your motorhome.

Let's delve into the booking process to ensure you're all set for your Grand Prix adventure.

Choosing Your Camping Pitch

Our camping options vary in size to accommodate different needs:

  • SMALL Camping Pitch:
    • Ideal for those arriving by public transport
    • Limited to 3 people per pitch
    • Note: Parking cars in this camping pitch is not possible due to space constraints. Please, add additional parking space if you plan to arrive by car.
  • MEDIUM Camping Pitch:
    • With an area of 42 m2
    • Suitable for 2-3 small tents or accommodating larger tents along with your vehicle (6m long and 3,5t heavy)
    • Maximum capacity: 5 people per pitch
  • LARGE Camping Pitch:
    • Offering a generous 50 m2 area
    • Suitable for larger tents or parking larger vehicles (up to 8m long and 6t heavy)
    • Maximum capacity: 5 people per pitch

The number of people is not included in the price of the camping pitch, please, select the number of adults in the group info.

Group Information

  • Specify the number of adults and children in your group.
  • If you're a larger group, booking multiple pitches of the same size ensures you're located together.

Important Notes:

  • GPtents is focused on easy-going people, couples, and small groups. We are not for party people.  For celebrations and larger group booking, we recommend other campsites in the area. The maximum number in a group party we accept is 10 people.
  • Personal generators are not permitted at our campsite.

Additional Services

Need extra parking space for additional cars? Simply select the option during booking

If an electrical power supply is essential, add it to your order. Each connection provides 1.2 kW, ensuring consistent distribution throughout the area.

! Please note that all camping spaces with electricity connections are located next to each other, ensuring a consistent distribution throughout the area. As a result, it is not possible to have some spaces with electricity and others without. !

Final Steps

Once you've filled in all the necessary information, double-check your reservation details and hit send. You'll receive our Survival Guide a few weeks before your arrival, packed with essential information about our campsite.

We hope this guide has been helpful in navigating the booking process. If you have any further questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out. We can't wait to welcome you to GPtents for an unforgettable Grand Prix experience.
